A 119-year-old Syracuse funeral home just closed, and its estate sale is full of wonders

A historic Syracuse time capsule will be dismantled this weekend.

The Giminski-Wysocki Funeral Home at 1320 W. Genesee St. hosted thousands of funerals, primarily for the local Polish community, since it opened in 1907. It closed its doors March 15.
