SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Longtime Syracuse Reverend Nebraski Carter has died.
According to his obituary, he died on March 19 at the Syracuse VA Medical Center.
Born in Georgia, Reverend Carter served in Germany and then moved to Syracuse, where he founded the Living Water Church of Christ. He served as its pastor for 53 years…
