Syracuse, N.Y. — A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against two DeWitt police officers over the 2021 arrests of two sisters at a local Walmart store.
U.S. District Judge Elizabeth Coombe on March 31 dismissed the false arrest, excessive force and malicious prosecution claims against police officers Corey Buyck and Rory Spain.
