Elizabethtown, N.Y. – A Syracuse man died after an accident on a pond in Northern New York last week.
Essex County 911 notified forest rangers of two people in distress at Lincoln Pond in Elizabethtown at around 9:48 p.m. on May 15, according to a news release from the state Department of Environmental Conservation.
