Central New York will see widespread rain today as a soaking storm system moves through the region, with temperatures struggling to reach 60 degrees.
The National Weather Service says that Syracuse and areas to the north will likely see steadier rain hold off until between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. South of Syracuse, moderate rainfall is already expected across much of this morning.
