Sheriff Brian Schenck reports that last Sunday, May 17, at 1 p.m., deputies arrested Darrin R. Badman (age 34, of Moravia) on an arrest warrant charging him with aggravated criminal contempt (Class-D Felony). The information gathered during the following investigation established probable cause for the arrest.
On May 16 at approximately 10:59 a.m., deputies responded to an address in the Town of Moravia for a reported possible order of protection violation.
