The Lacey Police Department arrested a man for criminal impersonation and a felony warrant past noon on Wednesday, January 3, in the woods on the city’s property. When approached by the police in the act of using a hypodermic needle on himself, the suspect, who first identified himself by a name that wasn’t his, tried to hide the needle from the authorities.
