The Decatur County Sheriff’s Office’s career criminal unit assisted United States Marshals in the arrest of Rayvon Moten earlier this afternoon. Moten is a suspect in the murder of 22-year-old Artez Moore, who was kidnapped and murdered in November of last year, with his body being found near Carr Lake in Leon County, Florida. Another suspect, Anthony Jenkins, was arrested in December of last year.
