Florida State’s top quarterback target is set to come off the board today.
Three-star signal caller Logan Flaherty, of Port Charlotte (Fla.) High, is set to make his decision at 1:30 p.m. eastern on Tuesday, choosing mainly between two finalists: FSU and Rutgers.
