Bystander helps pull 2 men out of water after boat runs ashore in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Three people were recovering Monday following a late-night boating accident on the Hillsborough River in Tampa.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said, around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, a 19-foot vessel was traveling on the Hillsborough River near Ignacio Haya Linear Park when it hit rocks along the shore.

Investigators said four people were on board and three of them were hurt and taken to the hospital…
