A Miami-based bank has moved its regional headquarters to Tampa’s Westshore District after a year of continued growth that has seen the bank nearly double its assets, deposits and lending activity in the Tampa Bay market.
City National Bank of Florida has opened its new 7,800-square-foot office inside the Urban Center building, at 4890 West Kennedy Boulevard, according to a release.
The new headquarters positions the bank for its next phase of growth in Florida’s Gulf Coast, the release says. The new, larger office will be the central workplace for a regional team that has tripled in size over the past year, and still offers space for the bank to carry out plans to increase that team by another 50% before the end of the year…
