TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Tampa woman will spend the next 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to the murder of her 4-year-old son.
Arayia Hudson, 38, was arrested in July 2024 after police responded to a 911 call and found her trying to revive her unconscious son. The young boy was transported to a hospital and declared dead later that morning.
The Medical Examiner later found extensive injuries on the victim, including contusions on his head, discoloration around his eyes, and abrasions to his torso. His death was ultimately ruled a homicide caused by blunt impact to the head and torso…
