A woman was arrested for killing a three-year-old in Central Florida. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office investigation began when the female victim passed away after being transported to Brandon Regional Hospital near Tampa with several inflicted injuries.
During the local law enforcement investigation, detectives learned that the injuries occurred while the victim was in the care of 29-year-old Grace Wingate. The Medical Examiner later ruled her death a homicide.
