Toledo woman launches food pantry out of her home

TOLEDO, Ohio — As grocery prices continue to rise, traditional food banks are struggling to keep up with demand, and one northwest Ohio woman is stepping in to help fill the gap.

“I really wanted to figure out what was the way that we could fill a need that was there,” said Alison Pritchard, who founded The People’s Pantry of Northwest Ohio.
