MONROE, Mich. — It has been nearly two decades since Nevaeh Buchanan went missing in Monroe, Michigan.
Nevaeh was last seen alive on May 24, 2009, outside of the Charlotte Arms apartment complex on North Macomb Street. She had been playing with other children throughout the day, and her mother, Jennifer, believed she was in a neighbor’s apartment unit.
However, when a child told Jennifer that Nevaeh was playing outside, Jennifer began searching for her daughter around 8 p.m. But Nevaeh was nowhere to be found. Her mother called 911…
