TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A worker at an assisted-living facility is accused of using a resident’s cell phone to access her bank account and order things on Amazon.
Kimmi Alexander, 20, was charged with identity fraud back in January, but was arrested and first appeared in court on May 19.
