Lucas County is moving forward with a $1 million funding increase for the demolition of the former Child Study Institute and a $5.2 million increase to a county court facade renovation.
On Tuesday, county commissioners voted to accept amendments to capital improvement plans, which outline and allocate funding for major infrastructure and physical asset projects in the county.
