TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The annual Old West End Festival celebrates the many people, organizations, bands, school groups and more that make Toledo a place we’re proud to call home.
Before two alleged gunmen from “rival groups” began shooting during the festival on June 6, leaving at least 12 people with gunshot wounds, a parade went through the neighborhood.
