TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – New court filings reveal that one of two people charged in the Old West End Fest mass shooting admitted to being one of the shooters.
Ka’Nye Taylor, one of two men charged for allegedly firing shots at the Toledo festival that left 12 people injured, was in court on Tuesday for a bond hearing. Court filings argued there should be no bond set for Taylor, as the state argued there is “clear and convincing evidence that the accused poses a substantial risk of serious physical harm to any person or the community.”
