A man whose trial conviction for murder was overturned on appeal pleaded guilty to reduced charges Thursday morning for a fatal South Toledo shooting that killed a Byrne Road motorist in 2022.
Cedrick Belmon, Jr., 21, then received an agreed-upon 20-year prison sentence for first-degree involuntary manslaughter and second-degree felonious assault for the shooting that killed Dominick Barnett, 29.
