An individual involved in a crash Sunday morning that sent U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D., Toledo) to the hospital is still at large, Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz said late Sunday afternoon.
Ms. Kaptur was taken to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center after the car she was a passenger in was struck by another vehicle, a spokesman for the congressman said.
