COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — FEMA has approved nearly $36 million in post-disaster funding for projects in Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin, including money for public assistance, hazard mitigation and the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program.
FEMA intends for the funding to aid in recovery from disasters to help “rebuild more resilient, safer communities and to protect infrastructure from future events.”
