TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A pile of illegally dumped trash on Chestnut Street has been cleared, weeks after a neighbor first reported it to the city.
Alfonso Narvaez reported the pile to Engage Toledo last month. The city’s Urban Beautification Team cleared it Thursday.
