TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – An Oak Harbor mother accused of driving drunk and being involved in a head-on crash in Toledo has been released on her own recognizance, according to court records.
Police said 29-year-old Ciara Algarin-Fisher crashed head-on into another vehicle Saturday night on Craig Bridge Street. Court records indicate she knowingly drove with her young son in the car while under the influence of alcohol before crashing.
Algarin-Fisher was arrested around 10:47 p.m. for OVI and child endangerment. A judge set her bond as own recognizance, and she’s due back in court Monday…
