TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – There’s a big change for a program that’s supposed to help people with their substance abuse problems instead of simply sending them to jail or prison.
One Lucas County-based program will now no longer serve women. It has some groups scrambling and looking for more treatment for what they believe is a vital program.
