TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The parking lot at The Golden Road on Dorr Street will soon be filled with hundreds of Toledoans coming together for a cause that organizers say is deeply personal.
For 11 years, CatFest has brought the Toledo community together through music, art and remembrance.
