TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – For the second time in less than a week, an inmate has died following a medical emergency at the Pima County Adult Detention Complex.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said John Russell Thrasher IV was found unresponsive in his cell on Tuesday, Jan. 16.
