TUCSON, AZ (Aug. 26, 2026) — Inspirations of River Centre, a 112-bed senior housing community at 5665 E. River Road in northeast Tucson, sold for $7 million in an off-market transaction.
Sierra Holding LLC of Eagle, Idaho, acquired the 46,187-square-foot assisted living property from Tucson AL RE LP. The sale closed August 3, 2026. The property sits on approximately 2.79 acres and traded for about $151.56 per square foot, or approximately $62,500 per bed.
The buyer is affiliated with The Pennant Group, an Idaho-based operator of senior living, home health and hospice businesses. Andrew Rider is listed as manager of the acquiring entity.
