Legacy, Love and Remembrance: Greenwood prepares for Black Wall Street Legacy Festival

TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa’s Historic Greenwood District will again be the focus this weekend as the sixth annual Black Wall Street Legacy Festival returns with days of concerts, cultural events and remembrance tied to the May 31–June 1, 1921, Tulsa Race Massacre.

Organizers say this year’s theme centers on “legacy,” blending celebration with reflection as the community marks key anniversaries connected to Greenwood’s past and present.
