TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Fire Department rescued a man trapped in a flood control ditch on Wednesday as storm water rushed around him.
Around 11:30 a.m., firefighters responded to the Villas at Midtown apartments near East Skelly Drive and South Yorktown Avenue following reports that a man was trapped in a flood control ditch.
