A nearly two-year undercover drug investigation has resulted in multiple arrests and dozens of criminal charges in Okmulgee and McIntosh counties, according to District Attorney Carol Iski.
The District 25 Drug Task Force conducted a roundup on June 24 and 25, arresting suspects charged as part of the investigation. Officials said 20 people have been charged in 66 separate criminal cases involving allegations ranging from distribution of controlled substances and drug trafficking to possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction. Authorities said the investigation involves methamphetamine and fentanyl.
