TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said they arrested a woman for child endangerment and aggravated DUI after finding her passed out in a car with her child in the backseat.
Around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, officers said they responded to a call reporting a driver had passed out at at the intersection of East 36th Street North and North Peoria Avenue.
