TULSA, Okla. – A 41-year-old man accused of killing a Tulsa man and dumping his body in Wagoner County in 2025 is back in Tulsa to face a first-degree murder charge.
Jason Bowen is now in the Tulsa County Jail after being transported back to Oklahoma. He was arrested by U.S. Marshals at a hotel outside Atlanta in March 2025.
