TULSA, Okla. — A new federal warning is drawing attention to three fentanyl analogues that officials say are especially potent or increasingly prevalent across the country.
The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy identified carfentanil, fluorofentanyl and methylfentanyl as the greatest current threats among fentanyl analogues.
