TULSA, Okla. — A truck driver was injured after their truck bed struck the overpass above them and separated from the vehicle on U.S. 169 near Pine Street Wednesday afternoon.
Police report that a semi-truck carrying gravel was driving southbound on the highway when the truck bed raised up and hit the bridge above it. The trailer then became separated from the truck.
The driver pulled off the road safely, but did sustain minor injuries during the incident. They were taken to the hospital to be looked at, but police say the injuries do not appear to be life-threatening…
