BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — A pursuit that began in Bixby ended in a fatal crash in Broken Arrow Friday morning.
According to the Bixby Police Department, officers saw a vehicle commit a traffic violation near 11100 South Memorial Drive and attempted to pull the driver over. The driver failed to yield and fled the area which led to the pursuit. Police say speeds reached 80-90 miles per hour.
The Broken Arrow Police Department then followed behind the pursuit as the driver headed east into Broken Arrow. Bixby PD says near the 17900 East Florence Avenue area, the vehicle left the roadway, went airborne and crashed into a creek…
