From 10 percent survival to signs of strength: community rallies for 12-year-old girl

CLAREMORE, Okla. — Deputies with the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office are preparing to serve hundreds of hamburgers this week, all to help a 12-year-old girl fighting her way back from a life-threatening medical emergency.

The fundraiser supports Katelyn Woodruff, the daughter of Adam Woodruff, whose medical crisis began in late January.
