ST. HELENS Ore. (KPTV) – An Oregon teenager who authorities say plotted to kill federal immigration officers and form a local militia has been sentenced to three years of supervised probation.
Rayden Tanner Coleman, 19, of Columbia City, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Columbia County Circuit Court to two counts of unlawful manufacture of a destructive device, a Class C felony.
Under a plea agreement, Judge Michael T. Clarke sentenced Coleman to 36 months of supervised probation and ordered him to serve 75 days in jail, with credit for time already served.
