Aloha man pleads guilty to aiming laser at CBP helicopter

ALOHA, Ore. – An Aloha man pleaded guilty to pointing a laser at a Customs and Border Protection helicopter and possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.

Brian Nepaial, 38, admitted to aiming a laser pointer at an aircraft and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. According to U.S. Attorney Scott Bradford for the District of Oregon, the case highlights serious federal offenses that put lives at risk.
