PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — In an effort to boost transparency, a Multnomah County homeless services provider that was recently under fire has released some data.
Home Forward unveiled its performance dashboard on Thursday afternoon, just weeks after announcing Ivory Mathews would resign from her role as CEO. The dashboard currently shows the organization’s occupancy rate across all of its housing units, which now stands at 90.2%, although leaders stated it will later feature additional metrics.

“This dashboard is one step in a broader effort to provide more visibility into our work and performance,” Home Forward’s Interim Executive Director Michael Buonocore said in an announcement. “We know our community expects us to be open about both our progress and the challenges we continue to face. We recognize this first version is limited in scope, but we are committed to expanding and improving the dashboard in the months ahead.”
