HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY)– A teenage boy faces charges after a traffic stop led to a police pursuit in Hampton Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, officers observed a stolen vehicle in the area of Michigan Drive and West Queen Street just before 2 p.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop but the driver failed to comply.
