VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A jet ski collision in Linkhorn Bay in Virginia Beach Saturday evening left two people with minor injuries, the U.S. Coast Guard confirmed.
The incident involved three people and two jet skis, with initial reports indicating one operator was riding recklessly, struck another jet ski, and then fled the scene.
