VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A multi-vehicle crash closed two lanes and the right shoulder of Interstate 264 eastbound at mile marker 21 near London Bridge Road Wednesday afternoon, the Virginia Department of Transportation said.
VDOT said traffic backups were about 3.5 miles.
All lanes have since reopened.
