NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Norfolk elementary school will be closed Thursday after a vehicle crash caused a power outage.
Tiffany Whitfield, Director of Communications and Community Engagement for Norfolk Public Schools, said school division leadership decided to close Sherwood Forest Elementary due to heat and safety reasons.
