PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The demolition of the Portsmouth Judicial and Civic Center continued Wednesday.
The building that once housed the Portsmouth Police headquarters has been reduced to rubble. Portsmouth resident Wayne Smith noticed something was missing.
“The building was there, and then I come here today, and it’s completely gone,” Smith said. “That caught me off-guard.”…
