Firefighter hurt after battling 2 vehicle fires in DC

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A firefighter was injured while battling two vehicle fires in Northwest D.C.

On Monday, firefighters with DC Fire and EMS were called to the 4400 block of 35th St. at around 4 p.m. after a commercial delivery vehicle caught on fire.

The delivery vehicle was fully engulfed in flames, which then travelled to a person’s car, the fire department said.
