D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) reinstated a curfew for minors on Friday, extending restrictions aimed at deterring underage crime and disorderly conduct in Washington neighborhoods for another two weeks.
“Effective tonight, all youth under 18 are subject to an 11PM curfew—and designated zones will be subject to an 8PM curfew as determined by the Chief of Police,” Bowser wrote in a post on the social platform X.
