The Standard and some Terrapin Row apartment buildings were without power early Friday morning as College Park went under a severe thunderstorm watch.
Power went out at around 11:50 p.m. in Terrapin Row building one, according to student residents, and it was not immediately clear when buildings three and four lost power.
