In the 3rd District, which includes Silver Spring, Burtonsville and surrounding areas, a vehicle was stolen near Aston Manor Dr and Sheffield Manor Dr sometime between 9pm Sunday, August 30, and 4:30pm Wednesday. At approximately 4:28pm Wednesday, a victim’s bag was forcibly taken in the 11300 block of Lockwood Dr. One person was arrested.
