PRINCE WILLIAMS COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A Lyft driver accused of preventing two women from leaving his vehicle during an argument over fare pay has turned himself in to authorities in northern Virginia.
Adar Bulut, 25, of Falls Church, was arrested Sept. 10 without incident, according to the Prince William County Police Department. He faces two counts of abduction and reckless driving.
